Opportunity Oxford
In 2019, the University of Oxford launched two new access schemes, to increase dramatically the number of undergraduate students it admits from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds: Foundation Oxford, based on a scheme at LMH, and Opportunity Oxford, based on Univ’s own Opportunity Programme. In 2020, the first year of the University’s programme, more than 100 offers were made under Opportunity Oxford.
For entry in 2021, it is expected that the number of offers made under Opportunity Oxford will increase to around 170.
