The College was honoured to host a conversation with Univ Honorary Fellow, The Rt Hon. The Lord Mance PC (1961, Law), Former Deputy President of the UK Supreme Court, on 21 November, on “The Judiciary and the Role of Law in a Changing World.”

Lord Mance discussed the origins and activity of the UK Supreme Court along with cutting-edge topics in legal reasoning and adjudication in the context of important cases, with Professor Jonathan Harris (KCL Law) and Professor Rebecca Williams (Oxford Law). The event was organised by Professor Ruth Chang, Professorial Fellow, and Chair and Professor of Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford.
