The concert will offer the opportunity to hear Knut Nystedt’s rarely performed Immortal Bach and Alfred Schnittke’s Psalm of Repentance XII, as well as some of the choir’s favourite works by Rebecca Clarke, Peter Klatzow, Ernest Walker, and James Whitbourn as well as Commotio’s 2023 commission, Kerensa Briggs’s A Modest Love.
The concert has free entry, with a retiring collection (cash or QR code) in aid of Commotio’s continuing work in promoting new and neglected choral music.
Drinks will be available for purchase (card only) after the concert.
