The annual Univ Society London Dinner took place on 6 February at the House of Lords. Guest speaker was The Rt Hon Philip Hammond (1974, PPE), former Chancellor of the Exchequer, who delivered a speech titled “Where Next? Britain’s Future Role in the World.”

The dinner was dedicated to the late The Hon. R J L Hawke, AC, GCL (1953, PPE), former Australian prime minister and Labor Party leader.
