• Building upon our success of winning the Women’s Headship in 2022 and Torpids in 2023, we launched a Christmas Boat Club appeal.

• Nine Arches Press announced Dr Laura Varnam, Lecturer in Old and Middle English Literature, as a finalist for Primers Volume Seven.

• Dr Natalya Vince, Sanderson Tutorial Fellow in Modern History, organised a Decolonisation in Motion film season in collaboration with the Bodleian Library.

• On the evening of 12 December, Univ held a live exercise involving a simulated emergency response to a major incident.

• All members of the College were invited to join us for Winter drinks, held in The Oxford and Cambridge Club in London in December.

• Ferard and Leney Travel report from Ethan Carragher (2022, DPhil Theoretical Physics) who attended the British Universities Summer School in Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics (BUSSTEPP).

• On Saturday 18 November, ex-students and colleagues, friends, current members of College and Roy Park’s family gathered for a memorial dinner in Hall.

• Dr Jack Parlett, former Junior Research Fellow in English, was shortlisted for the 2023 Polari Prize, the UK and Ireland’s only prize dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ literature.
