Senior Chef de Partie
Permanent, Full-time (40 Hours per week), Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum
University College is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the friendly and busy Kitchen Team.
You will have substantial experience of preparing and cooking good quality food within a set framework of standards. You will be running a section, under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and helping to train and motivate junior members of the team.
You’ll be involved with menu writing and ordering so you will need to be highly organised, have a good working knowledge of kitchen health and safety procedures, and possess sound communication skills. Excellent work standards, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.

Scout/Cleaner

Permanent, Part-time, 20 hours per week, 5 in 7 days’ roster £12.49 p/h
University College is seeking a Scout to join a busy and friendly Housekeeping Team.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining College’s accommodation across all College sites whilst providing good customer service to College members and guests.
You will work on a shift pattern from Monday to Sunday. You must have excellent work standards, sound communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
