Answers

How do I collect my degree?

Old Members who wish to collect their degree, either by attendance at a ceremony at the Sheldonian or in absentia, should email Joanna.palermo@univ.ox.ac.uk or call 76674.

Old Members who have already taken their undergraduate degree are eligible to take their M.A. twenty-one terms (seven years!) after matriculation. The University imposes a strict quota on each College, and the ceremonies are very popular.  Current undergraduates generally have priority over booking places to attend degree ceremonies in person, so please discuss this with Mrs Vicat in good time.  There is no quota on graduations in absentia.

How do I request my transcript?

Old Members seeking to request transcripts should email the Academic Office.

How do I update my contact details?

Update your details online via the Online Community or email development@univ.ox.ac.uk
